The Orient Star SDK05005T Limited Edition is a very special watch. To start, the watch itself. It's an Orient Star, so the case, movement and finishing are superb. The movement, the Orient in-house 40S62, hacks, can be hand wound, has a power reserve indicator at 12, a small second hand at 6 o'clock and an 'open heart' at 9. Through this opening in the beautiful brown dial you can view the running automatic movement.
On the back of the watch you'll find a viewing window, through which you'll be able to see the back of the movement. The SDK05005T was produced to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Orient Watch Company. Only 2000 pieces are available worldwide and each watch is individually numbered on the caseback.
